Property Investments 4 U Ltd is a specialist property investment company which
was created to assist individuals with investing in property in the
North East of England.
Having built up an enviable relationship with estate agents and finance
companies we are ideally placed to bring you a host of excellent investments
on a regular basis. As experienced property investors ourselves, we know
what works and in many cases what you should definitely stay clear of.
Our core aims are:
- To negotiate and purchase property at the lowest possible price on
our clients behalf
- To only offer investment property in areas which we have thoroughly
researched ourselves
- To only purchase property that is in a good rental area (it may well
appear to be a bargain, but will it rent?)
- To work with our clients ensuring that we keep them informed every
step of the way
We are more than happy to work with the first time buy to let investor
who is seeking out his / her first acquisition or likewise the experienced
investor who is looking to expand their portfolio.
We believe that our charges should be transparent from the outset and
as such we charge :

All charges are subject to VAT.
We don't believe in charging a % of the purchase price as in many
cases the same amount of work is required whether we are negotiating
on a £65,000 deal or a £125,000 deal.
The key to our success is that we are first and foremost investors
ourselves; in simple terms our continued success depends upon us sourcing
excellent property investments on behalf of our clients.
