Property Investments 4 U Ltd work in partnership with a range of professional
Letting Agents.
These agents typically charge in the region of 10% of the monthly rent.
In return for this charge the letting agent will:
- Advertise the property
- Conduct viewings
- Tenant selection including reference checking and home visits as
appropriate
- Prepare tenancy agreement
- Prepare a comprehensive inventory and schedule of condition
- Tenant check in
- Collection of security deposit
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, eg. Gas
- Collection of rent
- Regular property inspections
- Liasing with tenants as required
- Liasing with Local Authority
- Tenancy renewals and rent increases
- Serving appropriate notices on tenant
- Tenant check outs
- Organising routine repairs
- Organising redecoration as required (with landlords agreement)
Please note Property Investments 4 U Ltd monitors its Lettings providers
very closely and encourages Landlords to inform us immediately should
they feel at any time that they are receiving anything less than a satisfactory
service from their agent.
